Our team works in an environment defined by compassion, creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering hope and healing.

Position Overview

Kids Peace is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and growth-oriented Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team. The BHT implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a master's-level staff, provides direct skill instruction in communication, social interaction, play, and adaptive functioning.

The ideal candidate is comfortable remaining physically active and fully engaged throughout sessions, including participating in physical play, movement-based activities, and community-based learning experiences. This position involves local travel between service locations and providing services in home, school, or community settings. The BHT collaborates closely with families and caregivers by modeling interventions, supporting skill generalization, and helping create consistent, supportive environments across settings.

Strong focus, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering growth, safety, and overall wellbeing are essential.
