Job Summary:

Kinzua Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at our state-of-the-art Warren, Pennsylvania facility. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by assisting in the preparation and service of meals. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a keen eye for detail.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences
• Assist with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, and assembling salads
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and dining areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
• Restock supplies and restock food and beverages as needed
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special events and activities
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and resident satisfaction surveys

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts or related experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
