We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents, being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component, coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events, communicating effectively with residents and staff, and adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Bonus opportunities include employee referrals, employee of the month/year, and resident tour (move-in).

Requirements include a current, valid driver's license, age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements, clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements, willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles, experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills, and the ability to perform standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout their shift.
