Registration Specialist

Lehigh Valley Health Network - 2030 Highland Avenue - Responsibilities:
Coordinates all aspects of patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling of patients accurately.;
Interviews patients by phone and in person to gather demographic, insurance, and clinical information for scheduling and financial clearance.;
Engages patients throughout the registration process to create a welcoming experience, in person or by phone.;
Scans insurance cards, scripts, patient identification, and regulatory documents accurately.;
Determines and collects patient financial liability and creates estimates; refers to financial resources as needed.
