Laundry Assistant – Full-Time Rose City Nursing and Rehab | Lancaster, PA

Salary: $15.00/hour
Shift: Full-Time | 2:30 PM–10:30 PM

Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA
. The Laundry Assistant will perform a variety of laundry, cleaning, and organizing duties to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

• Place soiled facility or resident personal linen in the washing machine.

• Fold or hang resident personal linen and transport and distribute it to residents' rooms.

• Hang resident clothing in closets and place clothing in drawers.

• Maintain an organized and efficient laundry area.

• Follow facility laundry procedures and applicable safety and infection control practices.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in laundry, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred.

• Familiarity with OSHA and state regulations applicable to nursing facilities.

• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
