Full-Time Music Therapist
- Serving Lehigh, Berks, Monroe & Northampton Counties, PA

• Full-time, consistent schedule

• No nights or weekends

• Provide individualized music therapy to hospice patients

• Promote emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being

• Use music to encourage comfort, connection, and meaningful expression

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice care team

• Complete required clinical documentation

• MT-BC preferred

• Hospice or healthcare experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach

• Genuine passion for supporting individuals and families through end-of-life care
