NFI North is seeking 2 nd Shift Direct Care Counselors for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills, and behavior.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.

Education Required

High School or better.
