Axia Women's Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Women’s Metabolic Health program as a key clinical provider. This full-time, 40-hour/week role operates virtually (Mon–Fri, no weekends) with 7 clinical hours/day and 1 admin hour.
The NP will conduct assessments, provide obesity-related care, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality care across the continuum. Indiana APRN license, DEA, and PA residence are required.
