Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the banquet department, including event execution, staffing, and guest satisfaction;
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and the Banquet department to ensure accurate event details and timely updates;
Manage staff scheduling for banquet servers, bartenders, and captains to ensure proper coverage;
Train banquet captains to independently run events and complete weekly administrative tasks;
Evaluate service delivery and event outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
