This leader will play a significant role in the operation of an intimate Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel renowned for an exceptionally personalized approach to hospitality. The guest experience is rooted in anticipatory service, dedicated butler service, exceptional attention to detail, and highly individualized service for a discerning luxury clientele.

We are particularly interested in accomplished Assistant Hotel Managers, Directors of Rooms, Front Office leaders, Guest Experience leaders, and senior Rooms professionals who have developed their careers within the upper echelon of luxury hospitality and are ready for significantly greater leadership responsibility.
The ideal candidate also has some F&B Management experience.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of Rooms operations, Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, Butler Services, luxury service standards, and team development
, along with the presence and emotional intelligence required to lead within a sophisticated Forbes Five-Star environment.

Reporting to the Resort General Manager
, the Assistant Hotel Manager serves as the senior day-to-day operating leader for the boutique hotel, with primary responsibility for the Rooms Division, guest experience, service execution, and hotel presentation
.

This is a non-Executive Committee position within a larger luxury resort leadership structure.

• Front Office & Guest Services
• Butler service + highly personalized guest services
• Service recovery and guest recognition
• Rooms labor, scheduling and departmental financial performance
• Training, coaching and development
• Hotel presentation and operational readiness
• Manager-on-Duty responsibilities

The position will also partner closely with the resort's Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to ensure the restaurant, in-room dining, and other F&B experiences within the hotel operate seamlessly as part of the overall guest journey.

Engineering, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Culinary, and broader Food & Beverage leadership are managed through the resort's centralized leadership structure. You will not oversee these areas.

This is an exceptionally high-touch luxury environment.

Guests experience personalized pre-arrival planning, dedicated service professionals, preference recognition, customized pillow and bath selections, packing and unpacking assistance, bespoke in-room experiences, and thoughtful recognition throughout their stay.

The Assistant Hotel Manager must be a visible, hands-on operator who is equally comfortable engaging with discerning guests, coaching a Front Office leader, inspecting guestrooms, reviewing labor, assisting with service recovery, or working alongside another department to resolve an experience gap.

Maintaining Forbes Five-Star service standards is fundamental to the role.
