Pandora is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Pandora HR LATAM team in Panama City, Panama.

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Recruitment & Selection team in identifying and assessing candidates, contributing to the development of an external and diverse talent pipeline across different markets.

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
• Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized pipeline of candidates.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of quality talent.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Update and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to accurately track hiring processes and candidate records.
• Support the preparation and updating of Talent Acquisition reports for LATAM and Global teams.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced English
