Bilingual HR Specialist

Robert Half seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Specialist to support key human resources functions at a growing organization. This role will assist with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily human resources operations and administrative processes
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Translate or interpret HR-related information and communications as needed
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and other employee support tasks
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Help address employee relations questions and escalate issues when appropriate
• Support HR compliance efforts and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other HR documents as needed
