We are currently searching for an experienced One Stream Solution Architect to join our growing One Stream practice within Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. As a member of our team, you will help lead the firm’s efforts in expanding our commercial market presence and provide functional and technical consulting offerings to leading companies and organizations across the country. In this role, you will deliver consulting services involving One Stream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Business Intelligence solutions to Baker Tilly clients. The position requires a thorough understanding of One Stream’s financial engine and consolidations.

Baker Tilly works with some of the leading organizations of the world to implement successful budgeting and forecasting solutions. During your tenure with Baker Tilly, you will gain deep experience in the business process, industry, and technical aspects of these solutions.

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to successfully lead the discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of One Stream solutions to Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build client design documentation for One Stream applications and solutions. Design a comprehensive infrastructure framework within the One Stream financial application for clients based on requirements documentation, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate One Stream proof of concepts as required for new approaches to optimize performance.
• Guide the development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate One Stream solution and architecture reviews, garnering cross‑division solution alignment.
• Oversee One Stream solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with clients to develop a roadmap that encompasses an overall solution vision and effectively communicate initiatives across the entire project team. Identify new areas within the client’s financial close and planning processes where One Stream can be better utilized to drive business results and increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the development and maturity of the Finance One Stream Center of Excellence (COE) technical governance framework, including the definition of standards, policies, principles, and procedures that guide our One Stream decisions and maximize the value of the technology and our integrations.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop best‑in‑class business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact directly with Baker Tilly and client leadership on One Stream client and engagement management.
• Remain current with advancements in One Stream’s core platform, new marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Unleash and amplify talent of junior staff by supporting the development of training programs, leading training sessions, and coaching team members.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM solution) – One Stream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years of technical architecture experience, with minimum of three (3) years dedicated to One Stream implementations.
