Onsite Administrator (Print) - OSA Level 1 (Philadelphia, PA)

Location Requirement
  • Candidate must reside in Philadelphia, PA or commute daily to the customer site.
Job Summary
  • This role monitors systems, identifies performance issues, and adheres to defined time frames for incident escalation while troubleshooting simple to moderately complex incidents.
  • It serves as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, providing valuable insights and solutions.
  • Executes installations and configurations following standardized procedures, conducts routine maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with budget, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Monitors systems to identify performance issues, staying within defined time frames for incident escalation and troubleshooting simple to moderately complex incidents.
  • Establishes trust with customers and internal stakeholders, offering valuable insights and solutions.
  • Functions as on‑site liaison to provide real‑time status updates and information to clients.
  • Executes installations and configurations following standardized procedures, and assembles and integrates system products proficiently.
  • Conducts regular maintenance activities, including tape/backup operations.
  • Monitors key metrics for service delivery compliance with budget, quality standards, and customer requirements, proactively addressing deviations.
  • Acquires job skills, learns company policies, and completes routine to moderately complex assignments, suggesting continuous improvement.
  • Adheres to company, legal, and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality of company data.
  • Assists in implementing new processes, supports departmental operational plans, and shares technical information with colleagues and clients.
  • Solves defined problems using established procedures, delivering basic technical, administrative, or operative tasks under direct instruction and close supervision.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience.
  • Typically 2–4 years of experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
