Role Overview

Drive Vanguard’s strategy to scale AI responsibly across the organization by leading cross‑divisional efforts to operationalize the enterprise Continuous Monitoring function as a core component of the Responsible AI Framework.

Lead cross‑functional initiatives, coordinate execution across teams, define and implement the enterprise Continuous Monitoring operating model, and drive adoption of standardized metrics and risk‑tiered monitoring practices.

This role requires experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in complex, regulated organizations, familiarity with ITIL processes, and experience driving operationalization of enterprise platforms or controls.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–8+ years of project/program management in technology, risk, or governance environments
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in complex, regulated organizations
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
• Experience driving operationalization of enterprise platforms or controls (preferred)
