Responsibilities
- Support both Security Operations and IT Help Desk teams by assisting with incident management
- Track vulnerabilities and provide technical support
- Monitor networks and assist in compliance initiatives
- 2+ years of Information Security support experience
- 2+ years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / O365 administration and support
- Experience with incident reporting and ticketing systems
- Experience with network and computer security tools
- Experience reviewing and analyzing security logs and reports
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Knowledge of business process analysis methodologies
- Experience with Tenable and Splunk
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Associate Degree or current IT certifications
