Implementation Specialist

THE ROLE

As an Implementation Specialist, you will own a portfolio of customer implementation projects from kickoff through go live. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met while delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience.

This role blends project management and customer guidance, requiring strong execution, organization, and communication skills. You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive project success, manage risks, and keep implementations on track. You'll also leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the implementation experience.

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer implementation projects.
• Lead projects from kickoff through successful go live.
• Drive project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate customer meetings, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Configure the AKUVO platform based on implementation standards.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and remove blockers.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and streamline project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular project updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and best practices.

• 5+ years of implementation, project management, or SaaS customer delivery experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading customer implementations.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions preferred.

Up to 10% of travel may be required.
