Opportunity
The Digital Systems & Cyber Security Leader is responsible for the day to day cybersecurity and local application risk identification and mitigation, supports the overall development, implementation, and enhancement of cyber capabilities across the operations as well as ownership of the Digital Information System Health where our manufacturing process information and data pass through.
This role involves planning and executing Cyber Security Risk Mitigation Activities, working with site application owners to maintain application health & compliance, and ensuring the resilience of our manufacturing information as it passes between line and downstream applications. They will also be responsible for ensuring security governance and policies, incident response and management, security awareness and training, and managing relationships with Operation Technology vendors and third parties.
Responsibilities:Cyber Security Governance:
- Develop and Execute comprehensive plans that ensure the day to day risk identification and mitigation of cybersecurity risks including managing patching of multiple systems across multiple organizations.
- Manage and optimize access control mechanisms and digital asset inventory processes to protect against unauthorized access and maintain strong security configurations.
- Participate in the development and execution of the comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, including proactive threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response planning.
- Support change related to Cyber Security initiatives, assess and mitigate risks, and ensure the implementation of effective security controls and measures.
- Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization through training programs, awareness campaigns, and regular communication to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices.
- Establish and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the protection of digital assets, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide ongoing coaching to local application owners on the development and implementation of incident response plans, including conducting investigations, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring timely resolution of security incidents.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans that ensure the day to day health of our data and information from our manufacturing lines.
- Support and lead the rollout of global Area I initiatives, ensuring alignment with site objectives, standardization efforts, and the adoption of digital capabilities that drive operational excellence and loss elimination.
- Own and manage Operational Technology (OT) hardware infrastructure, including lifecycle management, asset governance, reliability improvements, vendor coordination, and compliance with cybersecurity and site standards.
- Develop and Execute training program to grow skills in our operational leaders on access and visualization of our converting data to accelerate loss elimination activities
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital capabilities, cybersecurity, and risk management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards
- Knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week at Mehoopany, PA facility.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of Operation Technologies systems and their security implications. Experience in incident response and managing security incidents are a plus
- Experience in developing and executing digital capability strategies and initiatives is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
