Role
Senior Specialist in Advanced Process Analytics & Data Strategy within Biologics Science & Technology Platforms, focusing on data-driven process insights for biologics manufacturing.
Responsibilities- develop and optimize analytics solutions
- support process standardization
- build and maintain manufacturing data architectures across systems like MES, LIMS, and PI Historian
- enable process monitoring, modeling, and statistical analyses
- collaborate with IT, scientists, and engineers to improve data quality, governance, and usability
- contribute to digital workflows supporting PPM, CPV, and AI/ML models
- promote data standards and literacy across teams.
- B.S. in Chemical/Biochemical/Bioengineering or related, with 5+ years of biopharma manufacturing experience
- strong domain knowledge of upstream/downstream biologics processes, GMP environments, and process verification
- proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data architecture concepts
- experience with process data systems and analytics tools (e.g., PI, Seeq, Power BI)
- familiarity with biologics manufacturing data challenges, data platform standards, and GMP analytics support
- experience with data exchange with CMOs and cross-system data models
biologics manufacturing, data science applied to GMP regulated processes, process monitoring (PPM, CPV), AI/ML, and digital transformation in biologics; remote/hybrid work, with about 10-15% travel.
