Project Manager, Client Relationship Manager

In the agency world, this position goes by many names. But regardless of the title, we need someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with many different clients and their products or services.

MoJo Active, a 360-agency located in Central Pennsylvania, is looking to hire an experienced, enthusiastic project manager, responsible for the coordination and completion of projects for assigned clients.

The successful candidate will:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Be comfortable wearing many hats—working closely with Account Executives to keep client relationships healthy and productive is a must.
• Have a high level of competence in managing the "three Ss":
  Schedule (on-time launches), Scope (focused deliverables), and Spend (budget profitability).
• Be well versed in overseeing every aspect of the project lifecycle, including timelines, deadlines, client approvals, and quality control.
• Have experience serving as a direct point of contact for clients to ensure clear communication and project success.

Establishing, maintaining and nurturing client relationships.

Achieving the goals set forth for our team for each client.

Providing maximum value for clients maximizes revenue.

• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Excellent project management skills (from concept to completion)
• Strong attention to detail is critical
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
