Manager of Tax Credit Scholarship Giving
Gesu School seeks a Manager of Tax Credit Scholarship Giving to lead and grow the school's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. Working closely with the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, this position leads donor engagement, program growth, and administration of Gesu's tax credit scholarship programs.
Key Responsibilities- Grow EITC and OSTC participation among individual and business donors.
- Manage donor and prospect relationships through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal.
- Partner with the Board and community stakeholders to identify new prospects.
- Plan donor cultivation and stewardship events.
- Oversee EITC/OSTC compliance, reporting, annual renewals, and donor participation requirements.
- Maintain Gesu's partnership with BLOCS and support advocacy efforts that strengthen Pennsylvania tax credit scholarship programs.
- Collaborate with Advancement Team colleagues on fundraising initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–5 years of fundraising, donor relations, business development, or related experience.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania EITC/OSTC programs preferred.
- Experience managing donor portfolios.
- CRM proficiency required;
Raiser's Edge preferred. - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and occasional evening/weekend availability.
