Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Location:

Fombell, PA

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

A Quality Facility Services is looking for a motivated, dependable Supervisor to oversee evening operations at one of our client locations in Fombell, PA. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support a team to ensure daily cleaning and facility service tasks are completed efficiently
  • Conduct quality inspections and final walk‑throughs to ensure work meets company standards
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve success
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
  • Monitor labor hours and help meet budget goals
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Hold daily team huddles and participate in weekly meetings with management
  • Ensure staff have the tools and supplies needed before each shift
  • Communicate schedule updates, policy changes, and important information to team members
  • Help identify and develop future leaders within the team
  • Participate in facility cleaning and operational tasks as needed

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience managing inventory and labor budgets is a plus
  • Stable work history
