• Coordinate all aspects of real estate purchase closings
• Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely and accurate closings
• Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and affidavits
• Approve disbursements in accordance with contracts and legal requirements
• Collaborate with post-closing teams to ensure proper recording and policy issuance
• Resolve document deficiencies and obtain curative documents as needed
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and service expectations

• 3+ years of experience in title or closing (national purchase experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Res Ware or similar closing software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
