• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills—budgets, revenue, costs.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
• Experience requirements waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
