THE POSITION
NOTE:

This role focuses on assisting customers with driver licensing needs while ensuring proper identification verification, testing procedures, and record updates. As a Driver License Examiner Assistant, you will perform the following duties:
- Customer Support:
Greet customers, verify identification, and provide required forms and information - Test Administration:
Conduct knowledge tests and vision screenings using standardized tools - Data Entry:
Record test results and enter application information into on-line systems - Service Guidance:
Respond to customer questions and explain licensing requirements and options - Record Processing:
Prepare restoration requirement letters and ensure correct documentation for all transactions - Compliance Tasks:
Follow REAL s, fee waiver guidelines, and customer service policies
- Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime and travel may be required

- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
