Division Sales Manager

A well-established leader in the fuel and convenience retail industry is seeking a Division Manager to lead its Distributor Channel across the Southeast. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced downstream fuel professional who knows how to build strong customer relationships, lead teams, and identify opportunities to expand existing business.

The Division Manager will lead a team of Area Account Managers responsible for more than 500 direct fuel locations, with responsibility for customer relationships, contract renewals, profitability, operational performance, and account growth.

• 3+ years of management experience in the oil and gas space
• 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or relationship management in oil and gas
• Experience with in downstream fuel, wholesale fuel, retail fuel, convenience store, or related industries.
• A proven track record of growing and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to understand and manage P&L performance.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• MUST live in the Southeast
