Senior Regional Operations Manager

The Senior Regional Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for multi-site logistics and transportation operations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for operational performance, customer satisfaction, financial results, workforce management, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations, including dispatch, fleet management, maintenance, routing, and administrative functions.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant transportation and logistics operations.
• Manage regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee service delivery, contractual performance, operational metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead management and operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Identify workforce, resource, and operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve operational goals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, fleet operations, or a related multi-site environment.
• Proven success leading large teams across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and service-level commitments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
• Experience driving operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned region.
