A growing manufacturing organization in the York, PA area is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to support production planning and execution across the facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient scheduling of materials, labor, and production capacity to meet customer demand and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and internal KPIs
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor capacity, constraints, and workflow to optimize throughput and reduce bottlenecks
- Adjust schedules based on changing priorities, demand fluctuations, or supply disruptions
- Track schedule adherence and report on key performance metrics (OTD, cycle time, etc.)
- Collaborate with planners and operations leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
- Support inventory management and ensure alignment with production plans
- Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in a discrete manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products environment preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with capacity planning and lean manufacturing principles
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
- Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
