A large-scale cannabis cultivation company is looking for a subject matter expert in curing cannabis. This role is an individual contributor positioned smack dab in the middle of the cultivation and post harvest supply chain, working with department leaders to guide them and make suggestions on quality through each process to ensure proper cure and the highest quality end product. This individual will manage the facility's Cannatrol curing system, increase curing protocol, and make recommendations and decisions on what flower and certain strains should go straight to the shelf or to the lab for further processing.
This individual will also take over the orchestration of Harvest Product Sampling from the compliance team due to the growth projected on the already large amount of cannabis they are harvesting weekly.
- Experience in curing cannabis at commercial scale
- Experience with Cannatrol or other building automation systems
