Shipper Receiver

Position Summary

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for managing the accurate and timely flow of all incoming and outgoing product. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to operate a forklift safely, and coordination with internal teams and external carriers to ensure inventory accuracy and on‑time shipments.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Prepare, stage, and ship outgoing product according to shipping schedules and customer requirements
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment in compliance with safety standards
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory
• Ensure product is properly labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to obtain forklift certification after start date
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing lists
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Experience working with the company’s ERP software, Global Shop, for receiving purchase orders
• Ability to lift, move, and stack product as required (with or without accommodation)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Full‑time – Regular work hours: 7am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday

$21 – $23 per hour, depending on experience
