Responsibilities
  • Operate any warehouse equipment or job requirements as directed by supervisor.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to assigned positions to maintain line efficiency.
  • Conduct changeovers, restart or adjust machinery, and troubleshoot.
  • Look ahead while working.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean work environment throughout shift.
  • Promote a positive teamwork atmosphere through action, communication, and assistance to coworkers.
  • Facilitate effective cross‑departmental communication.
Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency after required training hours for additional compensation.
  • Drive forklift and be OSHA tested and licensed for all positions.
  • Retain job skills over long periods without operating specific equipment.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Look and work ahead.
  • Operate all Brite stackers.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Communicator and listener with ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing – Frequent to Continuous.
  • Walking – Frequent to Continuous.
  • Lifting – Occasional to Frequent (able to lift 50 lbs+).
  • Carrying – Occasional.
  • Climbing – Minimal.
  • Climbing ladders – Not applicable.
  • Arms extended at shoulder level or above – Continual to Frequent.
  • Twisting and turning – Frequent to Continuous.
  • Reaching – Frequent to Occasional.
  • Bending – Occasional to Frequent.
  • Driving – Frequent to Continuous.
  • Pushing and pulling – Occasional.
Schedule

Second Shift: 3:00 PM‑11:00 PM – 8‑hour shift, may require overtime. Third Shift: 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM – 8‑hour shift, may require overtime. Weekend availability in season with mandatory Saturdays as needed. 2 weeks training on 1st shift before assignment to regular shift.

Compensation & Benefits

Maximum hourly rate up to $22.69, with attendance bonus ($0.50), 3rd‑shift differential ($1.00), and job incentive bonus up to $2.40.
