Review schedule and tour the floor assuring all machines are following schedule and proper labeling is being performed;
Deal with any issues that need immediate attention with priority given to the containment of any suspect product;
Attend scheduling meetings;
Communicate all daily issues with the quality manager;
Ensure all start-ups meet target specs and/or are within spec after exhausting all efforts to reach target
