** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality targets are met
* Serve as a point of contact for frontline employees, providing direction, coaching, and support
* Monitor equipment and processes, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime
* Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and performance
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and motivate teams
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions
* Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
* Working knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety practices
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities
