** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead daily pit operations to ensure safe, efficient material production
* Coordinate workflow, equipment usage, and task assignments for pit personnel
* Monitor product quality and adjust processes to maintain operational standards
* Support equipment troubleshooting and communicate maintenance needs
* Promote a strong safety culture through consistent guidance and oversight## ##
** What We Are Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work in a production environment
* Strong commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
* Capability to operate and understand heavy equipment used in pit operations
* Effective communication skills to support teamwork and operational clarity
* Problem‐solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities## ##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check## ##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## ##
