** Cleaning Specialist
** Penn United is hiring for full-time Cleaning Specialists for our maintenance team. This is a full-time, second-shift position working as a member of the Penn United Maintenance Team to perform a range of daily, routine tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the buildings and ensure office and manufacturing spaces are a clean, comfortable environment and looking their best.
*** Responsibilities*****:
*** Perform daily and routine cleaning of buildings
* Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize all surfaces and fixtures
* Restock supplies and notify Team Leader of any needed supplies or repairs
* Empty trash and garbage containers
* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
* Assist with maintaining building security and answer doors and telephones after hours
* Maintain confidentiality of corporation documents and information## Qualifications
**
* Qualifications:

**** High school diploma or GED equivalent required
* Excellent time management skills and capable of meeting project deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions
* Able to work independently and cooperatively with teams
* Physically able to bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Able to be on feet and walk for extent of the shift
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels
* Must be able to work second shift (Monday – Thursday 3:00 pm – 12:30 am and Friday 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm)
* Desired:
Experience in facility cleaning operations, procedures and equipment
* Desired:
Experience in a manufacturing setting
