Micro-Soldering:
Perform manual soldering and de-soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components (resistors, capacitors, ICs) on complex PCBAs.;
Visual Inspection:
Conduct continuous quality checks through a magnifying shield to identify solder bridges, cold joints, or misalignments.;
Fine-Wire Assembly:
Handle delicate jumper wires and prototyping when required.;
Rework & Repair:
Use precision tools to rectify defects identified during testing.;
Documentation:
Maintain logs of completed assemblies and report recurring component issues to the engineering team.
