Product Development Manager - Fabric

• Develop a long-term strategic plan for all textile products.
• Manage the product development process from product concept to product adoption
• Work closely with customers from concept to product adoption.
• Gather a deep understanding of customer problems, needs, and wants for the future.
• Strengthen the products’ competitive advantage in the marketplace based on textile materials.

• Great opportunity for someone with textile manufacturing and/or sales experience – must have worked closely with customer.

• Must be on-site position in PA every day – generous relocation package offered
• Must be a US Citizen or Greencard Holder
• Must have 10+ years of experience developing textile materials, working very closely with customers.
• Experience with circular knit, warp knit, and/or woven materials desired.
• Technical Textile Degree or Engineering Degree Preferred
