As a Tool & Die Machine Assembler you will use your hands‑on skill and problem‑solving mindset to bring complex tooling and automation systems to life—from assembly and install to final debug. Working alongside engineering and manufacturing, you’ll play a key role in delivering precision solutions that meet exacting standards and keep critical projects moving forward.

Our Tool & Die Machine Assembler role is for someone who thrives on craftsmanship, ownership, and seeing their work perform in the real world.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble, troubleshoot, and debug precision tooling, dies, and mechanical systems.
  • Install industrial machine systems and tool die equipment at customer sites.
  • Determine the best method and sequence to mechanically assemble and assist with debugging of industrial machines and tooling systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve design or process challenges.
What We’re Looking For
  • Working knowledge of precision machining and grinding processes.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications;
    Solid Works preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to wear required PPE.
Experience & Education
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a machining or surface grinding environment required.
  • Machine assembly experience preferred.
  • Tool & die assembly experience preferred.
  • Completion of apprenticeship program or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand or sit for extended periods (8–10 hours/day).
  • Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted.
  • Frequent reaching, kneeling, stooping, and manual dexterity tasks.
  • Ability to wear PPE and work around industrial equipment.
Work Environment
  • On‑site manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels.
  • Frequent movement between departments.
