The role includes implementing safety protocols, evaluating process capabilities, and leading continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment focused on quality. Knowledge of Minitab and strong problem-solving capabilities are essential.
