We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands‑on GAL Operator Lead to join our GAL Applied Laminates team in our 101 building. The GAL Operator Lead will help set up, operate, monitor, change over, and support production equipment within the department, including UV coater, slitting, spooler, laminator, and printing equipment. This position will help ensure production schedules, quality standards, customer specifications, packaging requirements, roll requirements, coating requirements, print expectations, output expectations, and documented standard operating procedures are followed.
