Machine Operator

Machine Operator — Muncy, PA

We are hiring a Machine Operator with production/manufacturing experience to work in our hand pack operation. You will disassemble and assemble package-related equipment and ensure production equipment is properly started up. You must be flexible to work eight to twelve hours per day, may be scheduled on 12‑hour shifts, with off 8‑hour breaks, and overtime is required.

Benefits are offered on day 1: medical coverage, dental coverage, and a 401K plan.

Starting pay is $23.46 per hour.

• Adhere to safety practices, learning and applying company safety rules and good manufacturing practices.
• Operate technical and manual machines, assist with cleanup of production and packaging equipment to ready for runs.
• Provide coverage for other employees on extended schedules, vacations, or time off.
• Perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Partner with departments across the plant to ensure continuous improvement and readiness.

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends regularly.
• Ability to work up to 12‑hour shifts.
