This hands-on leader directs and develops the production team, ensures flawless execution of manufacturing processes, and champions continuous improvement.

With a focus on best practices and strict regulatory compliance, the supervisor keeps operations running at peak performance while delivering results that meet and exceed expectations.

Shift: Night shift 6PM - 6AM on a 2-2-3 schedule
** Responsibilities:*
* ** Supervision and Leadership: 30+ direct Reports
*** Provide guidance and direction to production team
* Lead and motivate team to meet production goals
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
* Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the team
** Production Planning and Coordination:
*** Develop and implement production schedules
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
* Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvements
* Troubleshoot and resolve any production related issues
** Quality Control:
*** Ensure products meet company quality standards
* Conduct quality inspections and audits
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures
* Address any quality issues or concerns in a timely manner
** Budget and Cost Management:
*** Monitor and control production costs
* Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
* Prepare and track production budgets
* Make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
** Communication and Reporting:
*** Communicate production updates and issues to upper management
* Provide regular reports on production progress and performance
* Coordinate with other departments for product launches or changes
* Maintain open and clear communication with production team members.
** Team Management:
*** Understand team dynamics and effective management practices. Supervisors should be adept at balancing individual tasks with overseeing team performance.
