A growing manufacturing company is looking for eager employees willing to learn powder coat painting!
Skills for a Sheet Metal Powder Coater:
- A solid track record of stable employment.
- A collaborative, team player mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
- Prior experience in an industrial painting environment is preferred.
- Able to follow detailed directions and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to wear required respiratory protection equipment.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Initiate current flow, activate conveyor systems, and operate paint spraying equipment.
- Set system pressure and regulate the flow of powder coating to each spray station.
- Monitor and adjust paint controls as needed throughout the shift.
- Inspect finished units to identify and correct excess coating or missed spots.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (good housekeeping).
- Spray components manually to touch up unpainted areas or apply rust preventative.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
