Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
At Furmano Foods, you’ll work as a Bean Dumper handling the dry bean lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety for our retail and food service markets.
Responsibilities- Dependable.
- Mechanical aptitude to spot preventive problems and make minor adjustments to machinery.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Forklift certified.
Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.

Schedule2nd Shift: 3pm‑11pm / night shift / Overtime. Position hours may vary seasonally, typically Monday‑Friday, often Saturday. 12‑hour shifts may be required during busy times.
Location & CommuteNorthumberland, PA 17857 – reliable commute or relocate before starting (required).
SalaryUp to $19.56 per hour. Bonus incentives include 2nd/3rd Shift Differential –$1.00 per hour, Attendance Bonus –$0.50 per hour, 1st Pass Quality Bonus –$0.50 per hour.
