Job Overview
The Depot Repair Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment at a designated repair facility. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, testing equipment for proper functionality, and communicating repair status to customers.
Responsibilities- Document incoming and outgoing machines using Oracle, Tulip and Microsoft® Office.
- Inspect incoming machines for necessary repairs, upgrades, or damage.
- Repair machines by replacing or repairing circuit boards, mechanical sub‑assemblies, and discrete components.
- Refurbish machines by replacing worn components and cleaning exterior covers.
- Perform final testing of repaired or refurbished machines.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts.
- Meet key performance indicators, goals, and objectives.
- Support the department’s Operational Excellence journey by implementing lean initiatives and contributing to Continuous Improvement projects.
- Comply with ISO 14001 requirements and internal environmental management system requirements.
- Accept overtime and weekend work as necessary; work Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts with a flexible start time from 5am‑11am.
Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electronics Technology, or a closely aligned discipline. Preferred: 6+ months of experience repairing medical, aviation, or industrial devices.

Pay TransparencyThe base pay, incentives, bonuses, and long‑term incentive plan will be determined based on location, education, job knowledge, skills and experience. For non‑sales roles, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation also includes a competitive benefits package: 401(k) with up to 6% employer match and no vesting period, employee stock purchase plan, flexible time off, vacation accrual, paid sick time, holidays, parental leave, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, health and welfare benefits.
Base hourly rate: $17.65 - $27.36.
