** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor portable crushing and screening equipment to meet daily production targets.
* Set up, tear down, and relocate the portable plant across sites throughout Southeast Pennsylvania.
* Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure safe, efficient operations.
* Adjust plant settings and material flow to optimize product quality and throughput.
* Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to operate crushing/screening equipment safely and efficiently.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within SEPA and adapt to changing job sites.
* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and clear communication in a production environment.
* Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications/licensing for equipment operation.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
