Top-Tier Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour (DOE) with weekly pay.

Exceptional Overtime:

The Role:

What You’ll DoAs a Senior Fabricator, you aren't just a part of the process—you own it. You will be responsible for completing custom fabrication jobs from start to finish.### Key### Responsibilities Full-Cycle Fabrication:
Layout, fabricate, and assemble complex metal structures and components using stainless and hot roll steel.

Precision Operation:
Expertly operate brakes, shears, water jets, plasma cutters, and roll equipment.

Welding & Assembly:
Perform high-quality MIG, stick, and other welding techniques to join parts securely and accurately.

Blueprint Mastery:
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure every build meets exact specifications.

Quality Control:
Conduct rigorous inspections of finished products to ensure they comply with industry codes and our high-quality standards.

Safety & Leadership:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and collaborate with the team to optimize shop efficiency.### Qualifications &### Skills We are looking for a seasoned pro with a "get it done right the first time" attitude.### Experience Minimum of 5 years in metal fabrication.

Technical Proficiency:
Deep experience with stainless and hot roll steel, including proficient use of plasma cutting and various welding methods.

Equipment Mastery:
Skilled in the use of shop machinery (Brakes, Shears, Water Jets, etc.) and various hand tools.

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for layout and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues on the fly.### Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.###
