Pretium Packaging - 1995 Highland Avenue - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including blow molders (EBM, SBM) machines, conveyors, packers, and automated systems;
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using tools such as hand and power tools including multimeters, PLC interfaces;
Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance;
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update equipment records in CMMS MaintainX;
Ensure end of shift hand-off between shifts is conducted daily/nightly
