Job Description

This position is responsible for performing electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, and support production assembly tasks. These tasks are repetitive and involve building, assembling and testing routine units.

• Perform routine tasks in component assembly, bonding, potting, mixing epoxy, installing components, final test, and packaging for shipment.
• Use common hand tools such as wire strippers, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque drivers, pliers, vacuum/pressure chambers, and soldering equipment. Solder fine wires and flex circuits.
• Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions; work with process engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve quality.
• Accurately document production processes and checks; follow parts lists and record lot numbers and production scrap.
• Organize work independently and work in fast‑paced environments.
• Be able to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
• Have experience with hand soldering and using a microscope (preferred).
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in ultrasonic sensor or piezoelectric ceramic device manufacturing (highly preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to do basic arithmetic in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Basic skill level with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Ability to read gauges and weighing scales.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work around hazardous materials including wearing PPE.
• Valid driver’s license.
• US citizenship required.
