ProductionTechnician Summary
The General Production Associate plays a key role in supporting CSI’s manufacturing operations. This position involves handson assembly, inspection, and handling of components used in our high quality product lines. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, team driven environment.

- 1st Shift: $16.00 / hr | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: $17.00 / hr | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Includes $1.00/hr premium)
No experience required! We provide full hands‑on training. This is perfect for detail-oriented individuals or anyone with a background/hobby in crafting, sewing, electronics, or fine-detail tasks.
- Perform seated assembly of small components using small tools or equipment.
- Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure accuracy and high quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation to meet daily production goals.
- Must have strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a reliable work ethic.
- Must be comfortable sitting or remaining stationary for extended periods.
Because we manufacture high-quality defense and law enforcement security products, all hires must meet these federal and safety standards:
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening & continuous random drug testing.
- Pass a federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (ATF) criminal background check.
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Handle, position, and secure components during various stages of production.
- Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate small tools or equipment as required for the assigned workstation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and company policies.
- Strong handeye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Comfortable working with small or detailed components.
- Ability to stay focused and productive in a high volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods, depending on the task.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, packaging, or similar production environments.
- Background in fine detail work such as crafting, smallpart assembly, or precision tasks.
- Familiarity with quality checks or basic inspection processes.
